We are happy to refund any unwanted items within 14 days of purchase (excluding delivery charge). All items must be returned in the condition they were received, in the packaging and with tags still attached. Unfortunately sale items are non-refundable and we do not offer exchanges.
How to return?
1. Pack the items in the original packaging with tags still attached.
2. Address the parcel to the address stated on the order slip sent with your items.
3. Complete the return section on the order slip and place inside the parcel.
4. We recommend you return the parcel using a tracked delivery service as we can not be held responsible for lost items. You will be responsible for the return postage cost.
5. Please allow up to 10 working days to process your return. We'll contact you by email to let you know your refund has been processed.
All our items are quality checked, however if your item has arrived faulty please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
