Return Policy

We are happy to refund any unwanted items within 14 days of purchase (excluding delivery charge). All items must be returned unworn and in the condition they were received, in the packaging and with tags still attached. Unfortunately sale items are non-refundable. Please contact us regarding exchanges.

How to return?

1. Pack the items securely in original or new mailing bag.

2. Address the parcel to: Mini Dolls Boutique, 14 Saxonville, Benfleet, Essex, SS7 5TD

3. Add a note with order number and name in the parcel or include original delivery slip.

4. We recommend you return the parcel using a tracked delivery service and keep the proof of postage as we can not be held responsible for lost items. The customer is responsible for the return postage cost. 

5. Please allow up to 10 working days to process your return. We'll contact you by email to let you know your refund has been processed.

All our items are quality checked, however if your item has arrived faulty please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We do not cover on wear and tear on any of our products. A lot of our outfits are very delicate which need to be treated with care. We will not accept any liability if the tags have been removed and worn and the outfit becomes damaged (including bobbling, loose threads etc).
