Has my order been successful? When your successful order has been placed a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address given when the order was placed.

Can I amend my order ? Once your order has been placed unfortunately we will not be able to make any changes to the item / sizes on the order.

Where do you deliver? We deliver worldwide, please contact if your destination is not listed at checkout.

How long will delivery be? We offer an economy and standard delivery service, please see the delivery information page.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges? Yes we do offer refunds for items returned within 14 days of purchase (excluding delivery charge). Items must be in the original packaging and tags still attached and in a resalable condition. We do not offer exchanges. Please see return policy for more information.

What if my parcel is lost? On the rare occasion an order does not reach the customer, we will need to investigate with the courier. Please note this can take around 3-4 weeks so please be patient as this is out of our control. If the investigation confirms the parcel is lost a refund or replacement will be offered If it is confirmed that the delivery was successful we will not be able to offer a refund.
